The breakfasts were very very good with good coffee machines and all the staff was accommodating! This location was marvellous, near to the the many taverns and bars. I tried some drinks at gastropub Mercat Bar, located 10 minutes walk away.

The view from my guest room was amazing. The decor was modern and the staff were very nice helpful. The location was particularly good and stunning, just off the Guggenheim and the Old Town, the underground and the main restaurants and shopping streets of Bilbao, in a shopping area. I had a very very good stay and would use them next time, thanks.

So glad we chose it, spent 1 good day here. The most important was the staff - knowledgeable and very friendly people. The location turned out to be magnificent, right by the beautiful Gran Via-main shopping street, and historic centre and shopping and Guggenheim.
